Effects of alcohol on liver
Alcohol is processed in the liver. A waste product of this process, which is fat, begins to accumulate in the liver. Fatty liver can lead to alcoholic hepatitis. The liver will attempt to heal itself, which will lead to the formation of tough scar tissue. Last, is liver cirrhosis, nodules will begin to replace healthy liver cells, and the liver will become nonfunctional and fail. Drinking in moderation is key, alcoholic liver disease will usually result from consuming large amounts of alcohol.
sejauh mana pencegahan dapat dilakukan melalui sistem pendidikan?? secara psikologinya, terdapat gambar penyakit kronik pada kotak rokok tapi masih belum mampu mengubah perokok tuk berhenti menghisap. di sekolah juga, setiap murid diberi pendedahan kepada subjek2 sains yang menerangkan bahan2 kimia, tindak balas yg berlaku dan kesan nikotin, kafein kepada sistem tubuh manusia.. tapi perokok masih tetap merokok...
pendidikan di rumah pula, peribadi anak2 slalunya terbentuk kebanyakan daripada ibu bapa mereka sendiri... jika bapa kepada anak tersebut merokok, tidak hairan la jika anak itu juga merokok.. siapa yang harus dipersalahkan?? institusi kekeluargaan ataupon pendidikan awal di sekolah???
